Heavy Duty Conveyor Belts

We proudly distribute both BeltService and Canning Conveyor heavy duty conveyor belts. Both manufacturers are leading fabricators of conveyor belts with over 100 years of experience combined. Our supply includes:

2 Ply Standard Black

Provides abrasion resistance and optimal flex life. We recommend it for most medium-duty applications.

2&3 Ply Moderate Oil Resistant

Has moderate oil resisting properties. It also provides abrasion resistance and a long flex life.

3 Ply Standard Black

Gives extra strength and impact resistance. It is recommended for most heavy-duty applications.

Heat Resistant

Handles material temperatures up to 2000C. It is CHR- 100 grade with a top-rated SBR compound.

4 Ply Standard Black

Used for high tension conveyors that have long centers and for very heavy applications.

Chevron

Used for high incline conveyors to prevent material spill back.

Medium and Light Duty Conveyor Belts

Our brand for medium and light material handling, including FDA approved conveyor belts, is Ammeraal Beltech. They are a market leader in designing and manufacturing belts. We supply:

Synthetic

Flexible, durable, grease, oil and chemical resistant. Choose from a range of options, including Polyurethane, PVC, Fabric and Felt. Food grade belting included.

Timing

Cost effective, low noise and requires minimum maintenance.

Modular

Low Noise, long lasting and can be customized to almost any width or length.

Round & V

Easy to clean, durable in wet and oily conditions. It performs well on positive and negative inclines.

Plastic & Steel Chain

Plastic: A silent and lightweight alternative to steel chain belts
Steel: Suitable for running at higher speeds.

Flat Transmission

Very efficient, easy to maintain and does not require a lot of space.

Solid Woven

Tear and impact resistant and can be, for certain applications, an alternative to rubber and steel belting.

Treadmill

Self-lubricating, generates low heat and has anti-static properties.
